Jim in addition to his experience in directing for a midwest television station he has spent twenty-four years in product development including marketing strategy. His experience in both music and stage have helped him understand his audience and work to meet their expectations. Jim considers his strongest asset to have the ability to assemble a team with a talent level he will need in order to get the clients vision not only realized but improved. He works with Emmy winning Directors and editors that are recognized by Ad Age magazine's top spots.

Darren’s first feature film, King of the Mountain, was a documentary about nationally recognized rivalry between two high school football teams in Tulsa, OK. Darren also worked on the feature film, The Ticket. In addition to these, he has worked on a myriad of short films and documentaries on a variety of topics. He has an M.A. in literature from Arizona State University and has been an English teacher for six years. He has taught film history and theory and creative writing, as well as advertising and marketing strategies in contemporary media.

Naiche has been a videographer for a television news team in Los Angeles as well as documentary films for shot around the world for over 15 years. His experience in both catching the un-staged shot and setting up for the perfect shot is nothing short of amazing. He loves is to edit his own work and watching the project from beginning to completion. His light hearted manor helps bring comfort to the most nervous actors.

Richard not only has years of experience as a Videographer but also as a stuntman. He has underwater shooting experience and has been known to jump out of a plane to get the right shot. He knows know limits when getting an extreme moment on tape.

For over 26 years Bob has made sure the audience hears what they should. He began his career in recording studios as both an audio engineer and a studio musician. For the last 22 years Bob’s work has been heard when you watch the Suns play, a Super Bowl game or the Olympics. Bob currently also is the audio engineer for popular nationwide television show.
